通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者心电图及血清MMP-9、P选择素水平的影响

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on ECG and Serum MMP-9 and P-selectinLevels in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨采取通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛(Unstable angina pectoris,UAP)的疗效及对心电图(Electrocardiogram,ECG)、血清基质金属蛋白酶9(Matrix metalloproteinase 9,MMP-9)和P选择素的影响。方法选取2019年1月至12月大安市中医院收治的74例UAP患者,采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组37例。两组均采取常规西医(阿司匹林、辛伐他汀、单硝酸异山梨酯、低分子肝素钠)治疗,观察组加用通心络胶囊治疗,两组均治疗1个月,对两组患者治疗效果、心绞痛发作、血清指标及不良反应情况进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.89%高于对照组72.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组心绞痛持续时间及发作次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清MMP-9及P选择素水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.11%与对照组10.81%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对UAP采取通心络胶囊治疗,可取得满意效果,改善血清应激指标水平,且治疗期间不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on UAP and its effect on ECG,MMP-9 and P-selectin.Methods A total of 74 patients with UAP admitted to Da'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine(aspirin,simvastatin,isosorbide mononitrate,low molecular weight heparin sodium),and the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule for 1 month.The therapeutic effect,angina pectoris attack,serum indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.89%higher than that in the control group 72.97%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the duration of angina pectoris and attack times in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum MMP-9 and P-selectin water in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was not There was no significant difference between 8.11%and 10.81%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of UAP with Tongxinluo capsule can achieve satisfactory results,improve the level of serum stress indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment is relatively low,which is worthy of promotion.
