脑利钠肽和D-二聚体检测对心衰的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨脑利钠肽(BNP)和D-二聚体(D-D)联合检测对心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析宜兴市第二人民医院2018年6月至2019年5月收治的120例心力衰竭患者作为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者120例作为对照组,均进行BNP和D-D联合检测,比较两组BNP、D-D水平及诊断价值。结果研究组患者BNP水平(5138±300.35)pg/mL、D-D水平为(4.39±1.84)mg/mL显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能II级患者的BNP水平(1428.45±344.74)pg/mL、D-D水平(0.93±0.01)mg/mL,心功能III级患者的BNP水平(4536.35±684.68)pg/mL、D-D水平(3.35±0.22)mg/mL,心功能IV级BNP水平(6934.52±1100.63)pg/mL、D-D水平(6.17±1.08)mg/mL均高于对照组,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BNP和D-D联合检测对心力衰竭具有较高的诊断价值,同时随着心衰程度的加重,患者BNP、D-D水平也不断随之升高,有助于临床判断患者的心功能分级。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and D-dimer(D-D)in heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure were selected in Yixing Second People's Hospital from June 2018 to May 2019.As a research group,In addition,120 cases were selected as control group,The brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and D-dimer(D-D)were detected,Compare the BNP、D-D level and diagnostic value of the two groups.Results The levels of BNP(5138±300.35)pg/mL and D-D(4.39±1.84)mg/mL in the study were group significantly higher than those in the control group,Comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);BNP(1428.45±344.74)pg/mL、D-D level(0.93±0.01)mg/mL,in patients with cardiac function grade levels of BNP(4536.35±684.68)pg/mL、D-D(3.35±0.22)mg/mL in patients with grade III cardiac function Cardiac function IV grade BNP(6934.52±1100.63)pg/mL、D-D level(6.17±1.08)mg/mL were higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of BNP and D-D has high diagnostic value for heart failure.With the aggravation of heart failure,the BNP、D-D level of patients also increases.It is helpful to judge the cardiac function grade of patients and is worth popularizing.
