社会资本理论视角下新冠肺炎疫情中的社区应急科普机制研究

Research on the Community Emergency Science Popularization Mechanism in the COVID-19 Epidemic from the Perspective of Social Capital Theory

基于社会资本理论的研究框架,结合社区科普一线工作人员访谈的实际情况,从社区信任、社区网络、社区规范三个维度构建社区应急科普机制,并进一步探讨三大维度具体内涵。同时,结合社区疫情防控中实际情况,为社区应急科普工作开展提出四点对策:推动应急科普宣传常态化;整合社区资源共建共享共策;重点发挥社区居民参与作用;正确选择科普传播渠道,进一步提升社区应急科普能力水平。

Based on the research framework of social capital theory and the actual situation of the interview of the frontline staff of community science popularization,the community emergency science popularization mechanism is constructed from the three dimensions of community trust,community network,and community norms,and the specific connotation of the three dimensions is further discussed.At the same time,based on the actual situation of community epidemic prevention and control,Four countermeasures for community emergency science popularization are proposed:promoting the normalization of emergency science popularization;integrating community resources in order to contribute and share benefits;focusing on the participation of community residents;choosing science popularization communication channels appropriately to further improve the capacity and level of community emergency science popularization.
