保德区块煤层气水平井钻井配套技术研究

Research on Matching Technology of Horizontal Well Drilling for Coalbed Methane in Baode Block

保德区块位于河东煤田区,属华北地区鄂尔多斯盆地东部边缘,煤层气储藏丰富。该区域钻井存在井漏、井壁失稳、润滑防卡问题以及水平井井眼轨迹控制难等问题。为此,以保-平22井为例,分析了其水平井钻井技术难点及解决措施。本文可为该区块其他井位的优快钻井提供参考与技术支持。

Baode block,located in Hedong coalfield,belongs to the eastern edge of Ordos Basin in North China,and has rich coalbed methane reserves.There are some problems in drilling in this area,such as loss of well,borehole wall instability,anti-jamming problem of lubrication and difficulty in borehole trajectory control of horizontal Wells.Therefore,taking Baoping 22 well as an example,the technical difficulties of horizontal well drilling and the solutions are analyzed.This paper can provide reference and technical support for the optimal drilling of other Wells in this block.
