摘要 [目的/意义]旨在为政务微博平台建设提供参考。[方法/过程]以山东省17个城市的公安政务微博为研究样本,归纳出4个一级指标和9个二级指标,构建政务微博影响力指标评价体系,通过SPSS因子分析方法和聚类分析方法得到不同城市的指标得分,进而评价和比较山东省政务微博的影响力。[结果/结论]山东省公安政务微博影响力的发展水平参差不齐,影响力低的政务微博比较多,影响力高的政务微博比较少。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reasonable suggestions for the construction of government affairs microblogging platforms.[Method/process]The paper takes public security government microblogs in 17 cities in Shandong as a research sample summarizes 4 first-level indicators and 9 second-level indicators constructs an evaluation system of government microblog influence indicators uses SPSS factor analysis method and category analysis method to obtain the index scores of different cities and then evaluates and compares the influence of Shandong government microblog.[Result/conclusion]The results of the study show that the development level of the influence of public security government microblogs in Shandong is uneven.There are more government microblogs with low influence and fewer government microblogs with high influence.
