福建省高校数字图书馆一体化发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of Fujian University Digital Library

[目的/意义]回顾福建省高校数字图书馆(FULink)十年建设历程,响应内外环境重大变革,研究改革治理体系实现联盟可持续发展。[方法/过程]采用案例分析法,梳理FULink发展历史、成功经验和存在的问题,提出一体化建设模式、实施路径和克服障碍之对策。[结果/结论]一体化建设模式具备柔性管理的若干优点,通过政府、联盟和成员馆共同努力,可将FULink建设推上更高的层次。

[Purpose/significance]The paper reviews the ten years construction process of Fujian University Digital Library(FULink)in response to major changes in the internal and external environment and studies reform of governance system to achieve sustainable development of the alliance.[Method/process]The paper uses the case analysis method to sort out FULink development history successful experience and existing problems and proposes an integrated construction model implementation path and countermeasures to overcome obstacles.[Result/conclusion]The integrated construction model has several advantages of flexible management.Through the joint efforts of the government alliances and member libraries FULink construction can be pushed to a higher level.
