辽宁省2015~2019年驴检疫数据分析及产业发展建议

Analysis of donkey quarantine data and suggestions on industry development in Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2019

为了解辽宁省驴产业发展的基本情况和问题,对2015~2019年全省驴检疫数据进行分析。分析显示:2015~2019年68.58%的驴出栏自阜蒙县(22.34%)、黑山县(18.76%)、法库县(15.34%)和建平县(12.12%);出栏驴主要运往山东省(31.33%)、河北省(23.36%)和辽宁本地(19.99%);72.57%的驴在阜新市阜蒙县(39.05%)、新邱区(19.82%)和朝阳市龙城区(13.70%)屠宰。结果表明:辽宁省驴产业相对集中于辽西地区,面临发展不均衡、规模化程度不高、产业带动力不强等问题。文章提出推进养殖、交易和检疫相互带动促进驴产业繁荣,落实发展规划补齐驴产业发展规范规程短板,推动辽西驴品种鉴定延伸打造品牌产业链条的产业发展建议。

In order to find out the basic situation and problems of the donkey industry development in Liaoning Province,the 2015~2019 quarantine data were analyzed.The analysis showed that 68.58%donkeys were shipped from Fumeng(22.34%),Heishan(18.76%),Faku(15.34%)and Jianping(12.12%).The donkeys were sold mainly to Shandong Province(31.33%),Hebei Province(23.36%)and Liaoning Province(19.99%).72.57%of donkeys were slaughtered in Fumeng(39.05%),Xinqiu(19.82%)and Longcheng(13.70%).The results showed that donkey industry in Liaoning Province is relatively concentrated in the west of Liaoning Province,and is faced with such problems as unbalanced development,low scale and weak industrial driving force.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the mutual promotion of breeding,trade and quarantine,to promote the prosperity of donkey industry,to carry out development plan,to make up the shortage of donkey industry standard and regulation,to promote the identification of donkey breeds in west Liaoning,and to build up the brand industry chain.The paper is of great significance to the development planning of donkey industry in Liaoning Province.
