摘要
为满足粮食库存大清查和清仓查库中粮食库存数量检测的实际需求,设计了一款手持式粮食库存数量检测仪器。系统以微处理器为控制核心,采用激光测距传感器与倾角传感器相结合的方式,实现粮堆体积的高精度测量;系统内置了与各种储粮参数有关的粮堆密度修正模型,能自动、准确计算出粮堆密度修正系数,保证粮食数量检测的客观性和精度;通过高集成度电路设计和低功耗设计,实现了设备的便携性与低功耗。为粮食储藏行业数量检测提供了一种专用、快速便捷的技术手段。
To meet the actual requirements of the detection of grain stock and the check of grain warehouse inventory quantity,a hand-held quantity measuring instrument for grain depot was designed.In this system,a microprocessor was used as the control core,and the high-precision measurement of the grain bulk dimension was realized by using a laser ranging sensor combined with a tilt angle sensor.To ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the grain quantity detection,the system was embedded with a corrected model of the grain bulk density related with various grain storage parameters,which can automatically and accurately calculate the correction coefficient of the grain bulk density.Through the design of highly integrated circuits and low power consumption,the portability and low power consumption was realized.A special,fast and convenient technical means has been provided to the quantity detection for grain storage.
