摘要 氧化亚铜(Cu2O)半导体纳米材料由于具有优良的物理和化学性质以及对可见光的强响应性,在光催化降解污染物领域有着潜在的应用前景.将贵金属Au与Cu2O相结合所制备得到的复合材料可以抑制光生载流子复合,从而进一步提高材料的光催化活性.本文制备了具有不同Cu2O壳层厚度的Au@Cu2O核壳纳米材料.利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis spectrophotometer)研究了Au@Cu2O核壳纳米材料的物理化学性质,并以染料亚甲基蓝(MB)作为光催化目标降解物,在可见光照射条件下,探究了Au@Cu2O核壳纳米材料的催化性能.实验结果表明,Au@Cu2O核壳纳米材料不仅对有机染料污染物有很好的光催化降解能力,而且还具有较好的稳定性. Because cuprous oxide(Cu2O)semiconductor has excellent physical,chemical properties and strong response to visible light,it has a potential application in photocatalytic degradation of pollutants.The combination of Au and Cu2O can inhibit the recombination of photocarriers,and thus improve the photocatalytic capacity of materials.In this paper,Au@Cu2O core-shell nanocomposites with different Cu2O shell thickness were prepared.The physical and chemical properties of Au@Cu2O core-shell nanocomposites were systematically studied by TEM,XRD and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The photocatalytic degradation ability of Au@Cu2O core-shell nanocomposites to methylene blue(MB)was also investigated in the case of visible light exposure.The experimental results indicated that Au@Cu2O core-shell nanocomposites not only exhibited good photocatalytic degradation ability to organic dye pollutants,but also had the good stability.
