摘要 结合陕西奥体中心体育馆项目钢结构工程,介绍大跨度双曲空间网壳结构采用满堂支撑原位散装法、临时支撑架分条分块法、渐扩拼装整体顶升法相互结合施工技术,并借助MIDAS有限元分析软件进行模拟施工工况建模分析计算,为项目顺利实施提供理论依据。通过该技术的应用实践,缩短了工期,降低了施工成本,确保了施工质量,取得良好的应用效果。 Combined with the steel structure engineering of Shaanxi Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium Project,this paper introduces the construction technology of large span hyperbolic space reticulated shell structure,which combines full support in-situ bulk method,temporary support frame partition method and gradual expansion assembly integral lifting method. It also uses MIDAS finite element analysis software to carry out modeling analysis and calculation of simulated construction conditions, which provides theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of the project. Through the implementation of the project,the application of this technology shortens the construction period,reduces the construction cost,ensures the construction quality and achieves good application effect.
