摘要
莲花城保障性住房项目为广西首个钢结构住宅产业化试点项目,地下室部分为普通钢筋混凝土结构,地上部分为钢结构框架支撑结构。在钢结构建筑外墙变形缝施工中,研发适用于钢结构建筑连接构造的外墙变形缝设计与施工技术,经现场验证,变形缝性能可靠、施工便捷、外观装修效果良好,降低了施工成本,缩短了施工工期,效益显著。
Lotus City affordable housing project is the first pilot project of steel structure housing industrialization in Guangxi. The basement part is reinforced concrete structure,and the ground part is steel structure frame supporting structure. In the construction of deformation joint of exterior wall of steel structure building,a set of design scheme and construction technology of deformation joint of exterior wall suitable for connection structure of steel structure building is developed. Through field verification,the deformation joint has reliable performance,convenient construction,good appearance decoration effect,which reduces construction cost,shortens construction period,and has remarkable benefits.
