湖南旺旺医院(二期)大口径钢管柱轮式自动焊接接长技术

摘要 为解决"一柱一桩"施工钢管柱接长对整体性、密闭性、直线度要求高的问题,对钢管柱断面圆弧形特性进行专项工艺设计,采用走轨式电动滚轮架、十字焊接操作中心组成专业钢管自动焊接技术,保证了钢管柱通长直线度,达到了一级焊缝质量要求。工程应用表明,该技术先进、焊接质量好且可靠性高,可用于高规格壁厚钢管焊接生产。此外,采用该施工技术有利于节约成本、缩短工期,有效提高经济效益,在"一柱一桩"超长大口径钢管柱焊接接长施工中具有推广价值。 In order to solve the problems of integrity,airtightness and high straightness requirements of butt joint length of steel pipe column in one column one pile construction,a special process design is carried out for the arc-shaped characteristics of steel pipe column cross section. A professional steel pipe automatic welding technology is composed of a track type electric roller frame and a cross welding operation center,which ensures the straightness of steel pipe column and the first-class weld quality requirements. The engineering application shows that the technology is advanced,the welding quality is good,the reliability is high,which can be applied to the welding production of high specification wall thickness steel pipe. In addition,the application of this construction technology is conducive to saving cost,shortening construction period and effectively improving economic benefits. It has the popularization value in the welding and lengthening construction of super long and large diameter steel pipe column of one pile and one column.
