Installation Technology of Double Cage Outdoor Elevator for Deep Foundation Excavation in Hunan Want Want Hospital (the Second Phase)

为解决逆作法深基坑安装施工电梯问题,将施工电梯标准节整体拼装,标准节锚入底板以下桩内3m,标准节与桩空隙部位及时回填水稳料,保证了电梯竖向承载力及稳定性,标准节底部加设倒锥形转化装置及导向底座,采用导向定位器法施工,满足导轨架垂直度要求。工程应用表明,该技术先进,可靠性高,效益显著。此外,采用该技术提高了逆作施工效率,既缩短了施工工期,同时也确保了施工安全。

In order to solve the problem of installing the construction elevator in the deep foundation excavation by the top-down method,the standard section of the construction elevator is assembled as a whole,the standard section is anchored into the pile 3 m long below the base plate. The cement stabilized macadam in the gap between the standard section and the pile is backfilled in time,so as to ensure the vertical bearing capacity and stability of the elevator. At the bottom of the standard section,the invert conversion device and the guide base are added. The guide positioner method is used for construction,so as to meet the requirements of the vertical guide rail. The engineering application shows that the technology is advanced,reliable and effective. In addition,this technology can improve the efficiency of reverse construction,shorten the construction period and ensure the construction safety.
