轮钟花种子萌发特性研究

Study on Germination Characteristics of Cyclocodon lancifolius Seeds

为探索轮钟花种子的萌发特性,研究了浸种时间、盐分、赤霉素、发芽床、温度、光照时间、光照强度对轮钟花种子萌发的影响。结果表明,轮钟花种子的最佳浸种时间为36 h;具有一定耐盐分胁迫能力但以无盐分处理为宜;不需要赤霉素处理即可达到较好的萌发状态;最佳发芽床为河沙;温度对轮钟花种子的萌发有极显著影响(p<0.01),最适萌发温度为25℃;轮钟花种子的发芽需自然光照强度即可。

In order to explore the seed germination characteristics of Cyclocodon lancifolius,the effects of seed-soaking time,salt,gibberellin,germinating bed,temperature,light time and light intensity on the germination of C.lancifolius seeds were studied.The results showed that the optimum seed-soaking time was 36 h and the seeds had a certain tolerance to salt stress,but it was better to be treated without salt.And the better germination state could be achieved without the gibberellin treatment and the best germinating bed was river sand.Further,the temperature had a significant effect on seed germination(p<0.01),and the optimum germination temperature was 25℃.Meanwhile,the C.lancifolius seeds could germinate well under the natural light intensity.
