摘要
北极深海油气资源丰富,半潜平台是开发极地油气资源的核心装备之一。在分析极地半潜平台上部钻井系统的作业要求及现役极地半潜平台参数的基础上,通过对钻井系统的不同布置进行分析、论证,优选了适合目标极地环境的半潜平台总体布置方案,并对钻井系统的防冻设计进行了优化。研究表明:设计上采用离线井架、隔水管水平放置、堆场同侧布置、BOP和采油树两侧布置的总体布置,以及全包式井架、封闭式堆场保温方案的半潜平台,更适合于极地目标海域。
The Arctic is rich in oil and gas resources,and the semi-submersible platform is one of the main equipment for developing polar oil and gas resources.Based on the analysis of the operation requirements of the drilling system on the polar semi-submersible platforms and the parameters of the present polar semi-submersible platforms,the general layout scheme of the semi-submersible platform suitable for the polar environment was studied and optimized by analyzing the different layouts of the drilling system and the anti-freezing design.The results show that the semi-submersible platform with general layout scheme of off-line derrick,horizontal riser,storage space layout on one side,BOP and Christmas tree layout on both sides,as well as whole enclosed derrick and closed storage space for thermal insulation is more suitable for polar sea environment.
