摘要 海上无人驻守平台投资少,建设周期短,是开发边际油气田的方向。无人驻守平台通常采用依托开发方式的“三一模式”进行建设,即采用一座平台、一条海底管道、一条海底电缆将其生产的油气输送到已开发的较近油田。结合渤海湾某无人驻守平台实际设计项目,首先简要介绍了工程概况和无人驻守平台设计思路,而后较为详细地论述了生产流程和应急置换流程的控制,并对控制系统的设计思路、控制原理、设计方案等进行了较为详尽的阐明,最后对完善无人驻守平台控制系统的设计提出了一些建议。 The offshore unmanned platform has less investment and short construction period,which is the direction of developing marginal oil and gas fields.Unmanned platforms are usually constructed based on the development mode of building a platform,laying a submarine pipeline and a submarine cable,which enable the produced oil and gas to transport to near developed oil field.Based on the actual design project of an unmanned platform in Bohai Bay,the general situation of the project and the design idea of the unmanned platform are briefly introduced,and then the control of production process and emergency replacement process,the design idea,control principle and design scheme of the control system are expounded in detail.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to perfect the design of the unmanned platform control system.
