平台设施的模块化安装是海上平台增加设施优先采取的一种办法,兼具经济性和安全性。有些特殊的设施,比如压缩机模块上需安装透平大直径烟管,其高度和位置占用吊装空间,给整体吊装带来了很大难度。结合海洋工程已建及在建项目,研究了透平大直径烟管与压缩机模块的合吊技术,针对合吊方案中出现的难题,提出了应对办法,保证了合吊方案的顺利实施。

The modularity installation of platform facilities is a preferred method for adding offshore platform facilities,and is economical and safe.Some special facilities such as large diameter chimney of turbine occupying lifting space in height and position bring great difficulty to integral lifting.Considering the built and building offshore projects,the integral lifting technique of large diameter chimney of turbine together with compressor module was researched,and the problem was solved.So the integral lifting project was performed successfully.
