摘要
目前海工建造场地的海洋平台上部组块主要采用分片预制再进行总装集成的建造工艺。随着海洋工程行业的飞速发展,上部组块建造的数量和规模的增多与加大,对建造工艺提出了较高的要求。因此,上部组块按甲板分片是否合理直接影响到建造场地的资源需求配置和组块的建造效率。以海洋石油工程股份有限公司建造事业部青岛场地某在建上部组块为研究实例,结合该场地实际资源情况,综合考虑组块分片过程中的各项因素,对分片划分过程和如何合理划分进行研究分析,并通过对分片进行校核来验证分片的合理性,使分片既集成化程度高,又满足建造场地的建造能力。
At present,the offshore platform topsides are mainly fabricated in construction site by partitioning prefabrication and integral assembly.With the rapid development of offshore engineering industry,the quantity and scale of topside construction are increased,which puts forward higher requirements for construction technology.Therefore,the rationalized partitioning based on the decks of topside directly affects the resource requirement allocation and the construction efficiency in construction site.Taking the topside under construction in Qingdao site of Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd.as a research example,and combined with the actual resources of the site,the factors affecting the topside partitioning were considered synthetically.The partitioning process and reasonability were studied and checked,so as to enable the partitioning to be highly integrated and meet the fabrication capacity of the construction site.
