摘要 对某海洋平台上部组块的吊装方案进行研究,利用SACS软件完成平台组块吊装工况下结构强度分析,查看该平台组块主结构吊装工况分析结果,提取吊绳力。利用ANSYS软件完成吊耳结构的局部强度分析,并针对吊耳局部结构强度不满足规范要求的情况提出改造方案,有针对性对吊耳结构进行加强。研究结果表明提出的组块吊装方案可行,解决了该平台上部组块吊装过程中吊耳局部结构强度不足问题,避免了吊装过程中可能发生的结构失效风险,为海洋平台上部组块的吊装分析提供一种新思路。 The lifting scheme and modification technique of the offshore platform topside was studied.SACS software was used to complete the topside structural strength analysis under the lifting condition,the analysis results were checked and the sling force was extracted.ANSYS software was used to complete the local strength analysis of the padey structure,and the modification scheme was proposed to strengthen the padeye structure when the local structural strength did not meet the requirements of corresponding specification.The research results show that lifting scheme is feasible,solves the problem of insufficient strength of the padeye structure in the lifting process of the platform topside,avoids the possible structural failure risk,and provides a new way for the lifting analysis of offshore platform topsides.
