导管架水下桩腿裂纹修复焊接技术 被引量:2

摘要 导管架在撞击或巨大外力作用下,其桩腿会出现严重的裂纹缺陷,因此必须对裂纹进行焊接修复,尤其是对于水下桩腿裂纹。以某导管架桩腿水下10 m处的裂纹修复工程为例,简要介绍了其陆地模拟试验,并对该裂纹的海上修复技术进行了详细论述,包括裂纹检测划线、裂纹清除、坡口成型、焊接方法、无损检测等内容。此技术成功应用于实际的海上焊接修复,为导管架水下缺陷焊接修复接提供一种新思路。 When the jacket is impacted or subjected to huge external forces,the pile leg will have serious crack defects,so the cracks must be repaired by welding,especially for the cracks in the underwater pile leg.Taking the crack repair project of a jacket pile leg at 10 m underwater as an example,the land simulation test was briefly introduced,then a detailed discussion on offshore repair techniques of the cracks was made,which covered the contents of crack detection,crack marking,crack removal,groove molding,welding method,nondestructive testing and so on.These techniques have been successfully applied to the actual offshore welding repair,and provide a new idea for the underwater welding repair of jacket defects.
