摘要
为了判断渤海海域海底管道的服役安全性,利用弃置海底管道的结构信息、运行参数,对可能存在的风险进行分析,选取某典型的海底注水管道进行宏观形貌检查、理化性能检测和屈曲特性、剩余强度、剩余寿命分析,并对比输油海底管道的检测数据进行分析和评价。结果表明:材质为X56的海底注水管道以均匀腐蚀为主,壁厚减薄量较小,管材的各项性能均能满足继续服役使用要求,除一侧立管段的剩余寿命为15年,其余管段的剩余寿命均超过了20年。材质为16Mn的海底输油管道最终预期剩余寿命为15.5年。最后对海底管道的检测及延期服役等提出几点建议。
In order to judge the service safety of submarine pipelines in Bohai Sea area,the possible risks were analyzed by using the structural information and operation parameters of abandoned submarine pipelines.A typical submarine water injection pipeline was selected for macroscopic morphology inspection,physical and chemical performance tests and analyses of buckling characteristics,remaining strength and remaining life.The test data were compared with the tested data of a submarine oil pipeline for analysis and evaluation.The results show that for the X56 steel submarine water injection pipeline,the corrosion is mainly uniform,the wall thickness reduction is small,and the performance of the pipe material can meet the requirements of continuing service.The remaining life is 15 years for the standing pipeline section,and more than 20 years for the other pipeline sections;For the 16Mn steel submarine oil pipeline,the expected remaining life is 15.5 years.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for detection and service life extension of submarine pipelines.
