摘要
针对海洋修井模块经过多年使用后,其设备不能继续满足目前生产需要的问题,基于故障分析法,首先对主要故障模式进行危害性分析,进而得到了6种故障模式的综合排序,然后根据故障分析排序结果,对主要故障进行了详细分析研究,设计了优化升级方案。优化后的设计方案提升了设备性能,降低了作业成本,并且能够满足安全环保要求。
In view of the problem that the equipment of offshore workover module can't continue to satisfy production requirment due to many years of use,the hazard analysis on the main fault modes was carried out based on the fault analysis method,and the six fault modes ranking was obtained.According to the fault mode ranking results,the main faults were analyzed and studied in detail,and the optimization and upgrading scheme was designed.The optimized design scheme improves the equipment performance,reduces the operating cost,and can meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection.
