三氯苯达唑:治疗人片形吸虫病的有效药物

TRICLABENDAZOLE:AN EFFECTIVE DRUG FOR HUMAN FASCIOLIASIS THERAPY

片形吸虫病是片形吸虫感染引起的一种人兽共患寄生虫病,该病是影响世界的主要公共卫生问题之一。三氯苯达唑(Triclabendazole,TCZ)是治疗片形吸虫病的首选药物,也是世界卫生组织推荐的唯一治疗片形吸虫病的药物,单剂量10 mg/kg对胆管内的成虫和通过肝脏迁徙的未成熟吸虫有效且疗效较好,同时疗程短和不良反应少。本文就其作用机理、临床疗效、不良反应等作扼要的介绍。

Fasciolasis,one of the major public health problems in the world,is a kind of zoonosis caused by Fasciola infection.Triclabendazole(TCZ)is the preferred drug against fascioliasis,and the only drug recommended by WHO.It is effective with a single dose of 10 mg/kg TCZ against the adult parasites in the bile ducts and immature flukes migrating through the liver.It has good curative effect with short course of treatment and few adverse reactions.The mechanism of action,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of TCZ have been briefly introduced in present paper.
