摘要
蚊虫是蚊媒病的重要传播媒介,可传播多种蚊媒病毒,如乙型脑炎病毒、登革热病毒和寨卡病毒等,对全球人类和动物健康构成巨大威胁,媒介蚊虫的防治仍然是限制蚊媒病毒传播的主要途径。了解蚊虫如何抵抗病毒感染,病毒如何在蚊虫体内持续稳定增殖,可为发展新的蚊虫控制策略提供新的理论基础。本文主要综述小RNA干扰(RNAi)和一些保守的固有免疫信号途径在蚊虫体内发挥抗病毒机制的相关研究进展。
Mosquitoes are important vectors of arboviral diseases,including Japanese encephalitis virus,Dengue virus,Zika virus and others,which have become important public health issues of global concern.Control of mosquitoes remains the primary approaches for prevent viral transmission.Studies on how mosquitoes resist virus infection and how viruses can proliferate continuously and stably in mosquitoes have contributed much on mosquito-borne diseases.In this review,the related advances on the antiviral mechanism of small RNA interference(RNAi)and conserved innate immune signaling pathways in mosquitoes were summarized.
