我国青少年营地教育发展现状、存在问题及对策

国外发达国家青少年营地教育对提高青少年的身体体质、促进心理健康和培养生存技能,面对未来生活和工作挑战,具有积极影响和深远意义。受到国外青少年营地教育成功经验的影响,中央部委、各级政府加大了对我国青少年营地教育的政策支持力度,持续出台相关的政策法规,促进我国青少年营地教育的发展,旨在提高我国青少年的综合素质水平。我国青少年营地教育领域具有国家政策支持力度不断加大、营地教育分类多样化、营地教育规模不断加大、参加营地教育的青少年数量持续增加等态势,同时也存在着营地教育产品同质化严重、专业人员缺乏、课程设计不科学、营地教育机构分布不合理等问题。深入分析我国营地教育现状及存在的问题,提出问题解决对策,有助于我国营地教育科学化发展,加快营地建设,满足我国青少年对营地教育的需求,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

The youth camp education in developed countries has a positive influence and far-reaching significance on improving the physical constitution,promoting mental health and cultivating survival skills of teenagers,and facing the challenges of life and work in the future.Influenced by the successful experience of foreign youth camp education,Chinese governments at all levels and central ministries and commissions have increased the policy support of Youth Camp education in China,continuously issued relevant policies and regulations,and promoted the development of Youth Camp education in China,aiming to improve the comprehensive quality level of youth in China.In the field of Youth Camp education in China,there are such trends as the increasing support of national policies,the diversified classification of camp education,the increasing scale of camp education,and the increasing number of teenagers who participate in the camp education.At the same time,there are also problems such as serious homogeneity of camp education products,lack of professionals,unscientific curriculum design,and unreasonable distribution of camp education institutions.It is of theoretical and practical significance to analyze the current situation and existing problems of campsite education in China and put forward countermeasures to solve them,which will help the scientific development of campsite education in China,accelerate the construction of campsite and meet the needs of teenagers in China for campsite education.
