摘要
通过运用SWOT-PEST分析法,对中国小篮球赛事发展面临的政治、经济、社会、技术因素以及优势、劣势、机遇、挑战这几方面进行分析,提出4种发展战略——增长型战略、扭转型战略、防御型战略以及多种经营战略,为中国小篮球赛事的发展提供战略参考。
By using SWOT,PEST analysis,for the development of Chinese mini-basketball games are faced with the political,economic,social and technological factors,as well as strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of this a few aspects carries on the analysis,put forward four kinds of development strategy,growth strategy,wt strategy,defensive strategy and diversification strategy,provide strategic reference for the development of China’s mini-basketball tournament.
