新生代中小学体育教师工作价值观构成及纬度次序研究

教育行业和学校中新生代中小学体育教师的管理问题,是教育机构、学校内近几年来的一个热门话题,如什么样的教育行业从业者应归为新生代?如何去管理指导新生代教育行业从业者等?管理对象发生了改变,要求管理者也必须在新的环境用新的方法去进行人的管理,这正是实践领域和理论领域都关注新生代教育行业从业者的原因。而许多研究的结果显示新生代的教育行业中小学体育教师在工作中,价值观起到了绝对性的因素之一。与上一代教育行业中小学体育教师相比,我国从事教育行业工作的新生代中小学体育教师的工作价值观呈现出一些新的特点,如价值多元化、追求轻松愉悦工作生活均匀分配,工作环境自由等。(1)首先拟从工作价值观的角度入手;(2)使用扎根理论方法明晰"教育行业新生代中小学体育教师"工作价值观构成;接着使用调查问卷法对其价值观各纬度重要性进行排序;(3)依据调查结果讨论对应的管理激励措施,提出相应建议。

The management of the new generation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the education industry and schools is a hot topic in educational institutions and schools in recent years.For example,what kind of education industry practitioners should be classified as new generations?How to manage and guide the new generation of education industry practitioners,etc.?The management object has changed,requiring managers to use new methods to manage people in the new environment.This is why both the practice and theoretical fields are concerned with the new generation of education industry practitioners.The results of many studies show that the values of the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the education industry in the new generation have become one of the absolute factors.Compared with the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the older generation education industry,the working values of the new generation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers working in the education industry in China have presented some new characteristics,such as diversified value,pursuit of easy and pleasant work and life,even distribution,free working environment.Wait.Firstly,we should start from the perspective of work values,and then use the grounded theory method to clarify the composition of the working values of the―Education Industry Network Primary and Secondary School PE Teachers‖;then use the questionnaire to rank the importance of each latitude of the values;finally,based on the survey results Corresponding management incentives and suggestions.
