摘要
本文采用实地查阅幼儿园体育课程教案、对幼儿园园长与家长进行访谈、随机对体育教学活动的过程进行跟踪观察和评教(教师自评与家长、园长他评)等方式,以幼儿园常规的跑、跳、投、翻滚为例,从幼儿园教师体育教学的认知能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学调控能力和自我能力的诊断、评价、提升方面分析,对幼儿园教师体育教学能力进行系统调查和综合的考评。找到限制幼儿园教师体育教育能力的外在机制与内在因素:职前培养体系不健全,缺乏专业系统的幼儿体育教育知识技能,幼儿体育科研氛围不浓厚;社会教育生态环境关联性;幼儿园教师工作量大、待遇低、人员流失严重,整体教育素养有待提高;提出了相应的提升策略:政府加强资源开发与政策、财政激励;幼儿园开展体育相关部门多方合作,健全绩效与体育课程评价体系,高校优化职前体育素养的培养策略,发挥科研优势。
This article uses consults the kindergarten sports curriculum lesson plan,carries on the interview to the kindergarten garden length and the guardian on the spot,stochastically carries on the track observation to the sports teaching activity process and comments teaches(teacher from to comment with guardian,garden is long he to comment)and so on the ways,runs take the kindergarten convention,jumps,throws,the tumbling as the example,from kindergarten teacher sports teaching cognition ability,teaching designed capacity,teaching executive ability,teaching regulation ability and the self-ability diagnosis,the appraisal,the promotion aspect analyzes,carries on the system investigation and the synthesis examination and critique to the kindergarten teacher sports teaching ability.Found limits the kindergarten teacher sports education ability external machine-made and the intrinsic factor:In front of the duty raises the system not to be perfect,lacks the specialized system the baby sports education knowledge skill,the baby sports scientific research atmosphere is not thick;Social education ecological environment relatedness;The kindergarten teacher work load big,the treatment low,the personnel drains seriously,whole education accomplishment pending enhancement;Proposed the corresponding promotion strategy:The government strengthens the resources development and the policy,the financial drive;The kindergarten development sports correlation department cooperates in every way,the perfect achievements and the sports curriculum appraise the system,the university optimize in front of the duty the sports accomplishment raise strategy,the display scientific research superiority.
