育龄期妇女人布法细小病毒感染研究——以湖北襄阳地区为例

Study on human Bufaparvovirus infection in childbearing-age women:Taking Xiangyang area of Hubei province as an example

目的探究新发病毒人布法细小病毒(HBuV)在育龄期妇女血清中的病毒DNA检出率,并分析该病毒与育龄期妇女妊娠的潜在关系。方法以251例育龄妇女为研究对象,利用巢式PCR技术检测血清中的HBuV病毒DNA并进行统计学分析。结果HBuV在全部育龄期妇女血清中的病毒DNA检出率为9.16%,但是该病毒与育龄期妇女的非正常妊娠并无直接的关系。结论本研究揭示了HBuV在成人,尤其是育龄期妇女血清中的病毒DNA检出率,对了解该病毒的流行病学分布、育龄期妇女临床病毒检测及血制品安全性检测具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the detection rate of virus DNA of newly developed virus human Bufaparvovirus(HBuV)in serum of childbearing-age women,and analyze the potential relationship between the virus and pregnancy of childbearing-age women.Methods A total of 251 childbearing-age women were selected as the research objects.The HBuV virus DNA in serum was detected by nested PCR assay,and was analyzed statistically.Results The detection rate of virus DNA of HBuV in serum of all childbearing-age women was 9.16%,but there was no direct relationship between the virus and abnormal pregnancy of childbearing-age women.Conclusion This study revealed the detection rate of HBV in the serum of adults,especially in childbearing-age women,which is of important guiding significance to understand the epidemiological distribution of the virus,the clinical virus detection of childbearing-age women and the detection of blood product safety.
