电热式牙胶尖切断器在离体牙根管治疗中的应用

Application of electrothermal gutta percha cutter in the root canal therapy of extracted tooth

目的对自行研发的电热式牙胶尖切断器进行离体牙应用研究。方法依据随机数字表法,将40颗单根管离体牙分为实验组A组和对照组B组,每组20颗;将40颗三根管离体牙分为实验组C组和对照组D组,每组20颗。实验组使用自行研发的电热式牙胶尖切断器切断牙胶尖;对照组使用2号充填器切断牙胶尖。观察比较各组牙胶尖切断操作时间及操作过程中带移牙胶尖次数。结果实验组A、C组的牙胶尖切断操作时间短于对照组B、D组(P<0.05)。实验组操作过程中带移牙胶尖次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用电热式牙胶尖切断器切断牙胶尖的操作过程简单、安全,可有效缩短操作时间,防止带移牙胶尖。

Objective To study the application of self-developed electrothermal gutta percha cutter in extracted tooth.Methods According to the random number table method,40 extracted teeth with single root canal were divided into experimental group A and control group B,with 20 teeth in each group;40 extracted teeth with three root canal were divided into experimental group C and control group D,with 20 teeth in each group.The experimental group used the self-developed electrothermal gutta percha cutter to cut off the gutta percha tip;and the control group used No.2 filling device to cut off the gutta percha tip.The operation time of cutting off the gutta percha tip and the number of removing the gutta percha tip during operation in each group were observed and compared.Results The operation time of cutting off the gutta percha tip in the experimental group A and C were shorter than that in the control group B and D(P<0.05).The number of removing the gutta percha tip during operation in the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The electrothermal gutta percha cutter is used to cut the gutta percha tip with simple and safe operation process,which can effectively shorten the operation time and prevent removing the gutta percha tip.
