微型钛板内固定对手足部骨折患者手足功能恢复的影响

Effect of internal fixation with miniature titanium plate on recovery of hand and foot function in patients with hand and foot fracture

目的研究微型钛板内固定治疗手足部骨折患者的临床效果。方法将72例手足部骨折患者随机分为观察组(n=36,微型钛板内固定)与对照组(n=36,钢丝骨间结扎内固定)。比较两组患者的手术情况、疼痛程度、手足功能恢复效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周、1个月及3个月,观察组的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手足功能恢复优良率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微型钛板内固定治疗手足部骨折患者的临床效果显著,可改善患者手足功能,降低并发症总发生率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of internal fixation with miniature titanium plate in the treatment of patients with hand and foot fractures.Methods A total of 72 patients with hand and foot fractures were randomly divided into observation group(n=36,internal fixation with miniature titanium plate)and control group(n=36,ligation and internal fixation with steel wire).The operation condition,pain degree,hand and foot function recovery effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hand and foot function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The internal fixation with miniature titanium plate in the treatment of hand and foot fractures has significant clinical effect,which can improve the hand and foot function of patients and reduce the total incidence of complications.
