舒肝解毒汤辨证加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Shugan Jiedu decoction in the differentiation treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨舒肝解毒汤辨证加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法将100例慢性乙型肝炎患者以简单随机化法分为对照组(50例,常规药物治疗)和试验组(50例,在对照组基础上实施舒肝解毒汤辨证加减治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的各项中医证候积分及肝功能指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解毒汤辨证加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果显著,能够改善患者病情,促进肝功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shugan Jiedu decoction in the differentiation treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into control group(50 cases,treated with conventional drugs)and experimental group(50 cases,treated with modified Shugan Jiedu decoction based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group)by simple randomization.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and liver function indexes levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Shugan Jiedu decoction in the differentiation treatment of chronic hepatitis B has significant effect,which can improve the patients'condition and promote the recovery of liver function.
