基于手供一体化的无缝隙管理模式在手术室器械管理中的应用效果

Application effect of seamless management mode based on integration of operating room and central sterile supply department in the equipment management of operating room

目的探讨基于手供一体化的无缝隙管理模式在手术室器械管理中的应用效果。方法收集2015年1月至2017年1月我院实施无缝隙管理模式前和2017年2月至2019年2月实施无缝隙管理模式后的手术室器械管理情况。实施前、后我院手术器械总数分别为35600与37000件。比较实施前、后手术器械管理情况、手术用具洗涤不合格情况、器械使用情况及医护人员满意度。结果实施后,手术器械丢失率、损坏率、晚送率,镜类、钳类、光纤类、其他类清洗不合格率,标识不详率、包装有误率、种类错误率、功能不全率均低于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后,医护人员满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于手供一体化的无缝隙管理模式在手术室器械管理中的应用效果显著,能够提高器械管理力度,降低手术用具洗涤不合格率,提高器械使用情况及医护人员满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of seamless management mode based on integration of operating room and central sterile supply department in the equipment management of operating room.Methods The equipment management in the operating room before the implementation of the seamless management mode in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 and after the implementation of the seamless management mode from February 2017 to February 2019 was collected.Before and after the implementation,the total number of surgical instruments in our hospital was 35600 and 37000 respectively.The management of surgical instruments,the unqualified washing of surgical instruments,the use of instruments and the satisfaction of medical staff before and after the implementation were compared.Results After the implementation,the loss rate,damage rate,late delivery rate of surgical instruments,the cleaning unqualified rate of endoscope,forceps,optical fiber and other types instruments,unclear identification rate,packaging error rate,type error rate,function incomplete rate were lower than before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation,the satisfaction of medical staff was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless management mode based on integration of operating room and central sterile supply department in the equipment management of operating room has significant application effect,which can improve the management of equipment,reduce the unqualified washing rate of surgical instruments,improve the use of instruments and the satisfaction of medical staff.
