未来已来,虚拟世界(VR)不仅全面而深刻地拓展了现实世界的疆土,更以它的开放性、包容性、平等性、自由性、隐匿性等独特性不断吸收着现实世界的“原住民”“移居”其中,持续穿梭于现实世界与虚拟世界之间。但是切不可将自身所需要的幸福、解放和自由完全纯粹地依赖于虚拟世界,因为它自身的矛盾性和不完备性始终让人心存疑虑。信息化、数字化时代,虚拟世界正在努力为人的全面自由发展创造一个崭新的空间,但这崭新的空间里也蕴藏着隐私安全与危机之“忧”、信息权利自由与平等性之“惑”、文化与语言之“争”、权力与资本之“控”、价值理性与工具理性之“辨”、数字化分裂问题之“析”。如此,探寻虚拟世界社会性发展的未来进路就显得意义非凡。

The future is here.The virtual world not only expands the territory of the real world comprehensively and profoundly,but also continues to absorb the real world’s“indigenous people”and“immigrates”by its openness,inclusiveness,equality,freedom,concealment and other unique characteristics that will continuously shuttle between the real world and the virtual world.However,the people cannot completely rely on the virtual world for the happiness,liberation and freedom,because of its own contradiction and incompleteness,which people always have doubts on it.In the digital era,the virtual world is providing a new space for people’s all-round and free development,and it also contains the worries on privacy security and crisis,the confusion about freedom and equality of information rights,the disputes between culture and language,the control of power and capital,the differentiation between value rationality and instrumental rationality,the analysis of the problem of digital divide.In this way,it is of great significance to explore the future path of social development in the virtual world.
