高校思政课肩负着强基固本、铸魂育人、为党育人、为国育才的历史使命与时代责任。守正创新是新时代高校思政课建设的内在力量,守正旨在筑牢高校思政课建设的理论硬核、领导硬核、方向硬核,解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这个根本问题;创新意在为高校思政课发展注入驱动力量,通过实施内容驱动、模式驱动、人才驱动,使高校思政课实起来、活起来、强起来,增强其教学的思想性、理论性和亲和力、针对性。
