摘要
目的探究腔镜辅助甲状腺切除手术治疗分化型甲状腺癌的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月期间在江门市新会区人民医院就诊的86例分化型甲状腺癌患者作为观察对象,根据随机原则分为对照组(n=43,给予传统甲状腺切除术治疗)与观察组(n=43,给予腔镜辅助甲状腺切除术治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效及手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,并比较两组术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,对照组治疗总有效率为88.37%,两组比较无明显差异(P˃0.05);但观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于对照组,且术后并发症发生率(9.30%)明显低于对照组(25.58%)(P<0.05)。结论腔镜辅助甲状腺切除手术与传统切除手术均能有效治疗分化型甲状腺癌,但腔镜辅助甲状腺切除手术具有创伤小、恢复快、疗程短等优势,且术后并发症少,远期疗效较理想,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy in the treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,86 cases of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in our hospital were selected as the research object,according to the principle of random grouping,which is divided into control group(n=43,traditional thyroidectomy treatment had been given)and the observation group(n=43,endoscopy assisted thyroid resection treatment had been given).clinical curative effect and operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.35%in the observation group and 88.37%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the operative time of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications(9.30%)was significantly lower than the control group(25.58%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Both endoscopic thyroidectomy and conventional thyroidectomy can effectively treat differentiated thyroid cancer.However,endoscopic thyroidectomy has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery,short course of treatment,few postoperative complications and ideal long-term efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
