气相色谱–质谱法测定芹菜中6种增塑剂 被引量:2

Determination of six plasticisers in celery by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry

摘要 建立气相色谱–质谱(GC–MS)法测定芹菜中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的分析方法。样品以正己烷超声提取后,经DB–5MS色谱柱(15.0 m×0.25 mm,0.50μm)分离,采用GC–MS进行定性和定量分析。6种增塑剂的质量浓度在0~2.0μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.10~0.24 mg/kg,样品加标回收率为89.2%~105%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.2%(n=5)。该方法简便快速,准确度高,检出限低,满足定量分析要求。 A method for the determination of six phthalate plasticizers in celery by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was established.After ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane,the samples were separated by DB–5MS column(15.0 m×0.25 mm,0.50μm),and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.The mass concentrations of six plasticizers had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0–2.0 g/mL,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.10–0.24 mg/kg.The recoveries of the standard addition were 89.2%–105%,ang the relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.3%–3.2%(n=5).The method is simple,rapid,high accuracy and low detection limit,which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
