摘要
建立称重分液–火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高品位金矿石中金的分析方法。在泡沫塑料吸附火焰原子吸收光谱法测定地质样品中金的基础上,对王水溶解浸取后的消解液采用称重分液方法进行分液,以泡沫塑料富集、硫脲解脱、火焰原子吸收法测定金含量。金的质量浓度在0~2.00μg/mL范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.063μg/mL。不同矿区的两个金矿石样品测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.38%和3.28%(n=12)。3个金矿石金分析标准物质测定结果的相对误差为0.03%~3.31%,均小于DZ/T 0130–2006《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》规定的相对误差允许限。该方法准确可靠,操作简便,适用于高品位金矿石中金的测定。
A method for the determination of gold in high grade gold ore by weight separation–flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.Based on the determination of gold in geological samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with foam plastics adsorption,the digestion solution of aqua regia dissolved and extracted was separated by weighing and separating method,foam plastics enrichment,thiourea desorption and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of gold.The mass concentration of gold had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0–2.00μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,and the detection limit was 0.063μg/mL.The relative standard deviations of the determination results of two gold ore samples from different mining areas were 2.38%and 3.28%(n=12),respectively.The relative errors of the determination results of gold analysis reference materials of three gold ores were 0.03%–3.31%,which were all less than the relative error allowable limit specified in DZ/T 0130–2006"geological and mineral laboratory test quality management specification".The method is accurate,reliable,simple and it is suitable for the determination of gold in high grade gold ores.
