摘要 综述了油田化学剂中有机氯含量测定标准和方法。依据国内标准及国内外相关文献,对油田化学剂中有机氯含量的分析方法进行了归纳和梳理,氧燃烧瓶法适用于测定油田化学剂中有机氯含量大于500 mg/L的样品,对于破乳剂、清防蜡剂等油溶性产品测定准确度较高;萃取微库仑法适宜于测定有机氯含量大于50 mg/L的样品,但不适用于乳化严重的表面活性剂产品;单波长X射线荧光光谱法适用于测定油田化学剂中总氯浓度大于0.5 mg/kg的样品,是一种适用于现场生产的准确高效的检测方法。经过梳理归纳,明确了各种分析方法的特点、影响因素和适用范围,为检测人员选择适合的测定方法或进一步开展相关方法研究提供参考。 The determination standards and methods of organochlorine content in oilfield chemicals were reviewed.Based on the domestic standards and relevant literatures both domestic and abroad,the analysis methods of organochlorine content in oilfield chemicals were summarized.Oxygen burning method is suitable for the determination of organochlorine content in oil field chemical agent more than 500 mg/L,and it has high accuracy for the determination of oil soluble products such as demulsifier and paraffin remover.The extractive microcoulomb method is suitable for the determination of organochlorine content greater than 50 mg/L,but not suitable for surfactant products with severe emulsification.The single wavelength X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is suitable for the determination of the total chlorine concentration in the oil field chemical more than 0.5 mg/kg samples,it is an accurate and efficient detection method suitable for field production.After combing and summarizing,the characteristics,influencing factors and application scope of all kinds of analysis methods are clarified,so as to provide reference for testers to choose suitable measurement methods or to further carry out research on relevant methods.
