摘要
【目的/意义】代际知识转移是防止组织知识流失、保持组织知识持续性、提升组织创新能力的有效途径。识别代际知识转移过程中的关键影响因素,在丰富知识转移理论同时,为组织实践提供了借鉴。【方法/过程】本文在传承理论、知识转移理论基础上从知识分享方特征、知识接收方特征、知识特征、转移渠道、转移情境等五个方面挖掘代际间知识转移的影响因素,并用模糊集理论-DEMATE方法对关键影响因素进行识别,构建代际知识转移作用机理模型。【结果/结论】确定影响代际知识转移的6大关键因素,验证了分享方知识转移意愿、表达能力、接收方代际学习意愿、吸收能力、转移双方的知识距离以及代际关系是影响代际知识转移的关键。
【Purpose/significance】Intergenerational knowledge transfer is an effective way to prevent the loss of organizational knowledge,maintain the continuity of organizational knowledge,and improve the ability of innovation.Identifying the key factors that influence the process of intergenerational knowledge transfer enriches the theory of knowledge transfer and provides a reference for organizational practice.【Method/process】Based on the transmission theory and the knowledge transfer theory,influence factors of knowledge transfer between generations are mined from five aspects of knowledge sharing,knowledge receiver,knowledge characteristics,the transfer channel and transfer situation,the key factors are identified with fuzzy set theory-the DEMATEL method,and the intergenerational knowledge transfer model is constructed.【Result/conclusion】Six key factors affecting intergenerational knowledge transfer are identified.The willingness of the sharing party to transfer knowledge,the ability to express knowledge,the willingness of the receiving party to learn knowledge,the ability to absorb knowledge,the knowledge distance between the transferring parties and the intergenerational relationship are the key factors affecting intergenerational knowledge transfer.
