Construction of Answer Quality Evaluation Index Based on User Perception of Academic Question and Answer Community

摘要 【目的/意义】用户感知视角下构建学术问答社区用户生成答案的质量评价指标,对提升学术社区主体及用户的组织、判断和筛选高质量答案能力,并促进知识获取、传播、共享和应用具有理论和实践意义。【方法/过程】通过梳理国内外相关研究,利用信息构建理论从用户生成答案、用户和社区3个维度构建包括11个一级指标、29个二级指标的评价体系,并结合情绪理论、认知理论、用户行为和知识传播等理论对指标进行阐释,最后对数据采集和指标度量进行描述。【结果/结论】以用户感知下的答案、用户本身和社区为视角建立指标体系可以较客观地对学术问答社区用户生成答案质量进行评价,以提高知识聚合质量和效率。 【Purpose/significance】Constructing the quality evaluation index of user-generated answers in the academic question answering community from the perspective of user perception is of theoretical and practical significance for improving the organization,judgment and selection of high-quality answers in the academic community,and promoting the acquisition,dissemination,sharing and application of knowledge.【Method/process】By combing the domestic and foreign related research,using the theory of information architecture to generate the evaluation system which has three dimensions of the answer from the user,the user and community,including 11 level indexes and 29 secondary indexes.Combining the emotional theory,cognitive theory,user behavior and the theory of knowledge dissemination,the indexes of the evaluation system are illustrated.Finally,the data collection and measurement is described.【Result/conclusion】In order to improve the quality and efficiency of knowledge aggregation,we can objectively evaluate the quality of answers generated by users in the academic question-answer community from the perspective of answers perceived by users,users themselves and communities.
