基于“双创”背景下的绿色金融信息风险与防范体系研究

Information Risk of Green Finance and Its Prevention System on Innovation and Entre Entrepreneurship

【目的/意义】绿色金融是一种全新的金融理念,是支持经济绿色转型发展的重要手段,为了促进绿色金融的发展,不仅要通过各类绿色金融产品、服务以及金融市场制度的创新,同时更应注重绿色金融信息风险的识别与防范。【方法/过程】本文采用DEMATEL方法识别影响绿色金融信息风险的关键因素,以信息传递过程为切入点,从信息不对称、互联网信息安全保障、金融信息风险管控三方面分析绿色金融信息风险。【结果/结论】提出了规避金融信息风险的建议与防范措施,以保证绿色金融各项业务稳步发展。

【Purpose/significance】Green finance is a new financial concept and an important means to support the development of green economic transformation.In order to promote the development of green finance,we should not only innovate various green financial products,services and financial market system,but also pay attention to the identification and prevention of green financial information risk.【Method/process】In this paper,DEMATEL method is used to identify the key factors that affect the information risk of green finance.Based on the information transmission process,the information risk of green finance is analyzed from three aspects:information asymmetry,Internet information security and financial information risk control.【Results/conclusion】This paper puts forward some suggestions and preventive measures to avoid financial information risk,so as to ensure the steady development of green finance.
