摘要
砷、汞都是毒性很强的有害元素,也是一般土壤样品分析中的必检项目。土样中砷、汞元素的检测有多种方法,应用较多的为原子荧光光谱法,但近年来,随着电感耦合等离子体质谱联用(ICP-MS)技术的不断成熟与完善,在土壤砷、汞等元素的检测方面显示了独特的优点,应用越来越多。该文综述了近5年来ICPMS在土壤砷、汞元素检测方面的应用研究进展,并展望了其应用前景。
Arsenic and mercury are harmful elements with strong toxicity,and they are also necessary items in the analysis of general soil samples.There are many methods for the determination of arsenic and mercury in soil sam⁃ples,and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)is the first and most widely used method.However,in recent years,with the development of ICP-MS technology,it has shown unique advantages in the detection of as arsenic,Hg and other elements in soil.In this paper,the application and research progress of ICP-MS in soil arsenic and mercury ele⁃ment detection in recent five years are reviewed,and its application prospect is prospected.
