摘要
食品微生物学实验是一门运用微生物学的理论知识和实验技术来检测食品中相关微生物的课程。为强化食品质量与安全专业学生的专业基础技能和应用能力,从实验教学内容、教学方法和考核评价系统等方面优化了食品微生物学实验教学体系。结果显示,通过一系列的改进,提高了学生的学习积极性,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food microbiological experiment is a course that uses the theoretical knowledge and experimental tech⁃niques of microbiology to detect related microorganisms in food.In order to strengthen the basic professional skills and application ability of the students in food quality and safety,The teaching team optimized the teaching system of food microbiological experiment from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation system.Prac⁃tice has proved that the students’learning enthusiasm was improved and teaching good effect was achieved by these improvements.
