摘要
细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)是一种依赖炎性caspase(caspase-1/-4/-5/-11)激活的由焦亡蛋白(gasdermin D,GSDMD)介导的细胞程序性坏死,表现为细胞肿胀、破裂,内容物释出并伴随强烈的炎症反应,诱导细胞死亡。深入研究发现,细胞焦亡与多种病毒性疾病的发生发展密切相关。该文就细胞焦亡的机制以及其在病毒性疾病发生发展中作用作一综述。
Pyroptosis is a programmed cell necrosis mediated by GSDMD(gasdermin D)activated by inflammatory caspase-1/-4/-5/-11,which is characterized by cell swelling,rupture,release of contents and strong inflammatory response,inducing cell death.With the in-depth study,pyroptosis is found to be closely related to the occurrence and development of many viral diseases.This paper reviews the mechanism of pyroptosis and its role in the occurrence and development of viral diseases.
