本文围绕物资流动、人员流动、资金流动、信息流动等四种流动形式,比较分析了纽约、旧金山、东京、粤港澳等世界四大湾区的要素资源流动现状和特征。其中:纽约湾区以国际移民之都和金融湾区著称;旧金山湾区是全球知名的科技湾区,创新创业非常活跃;东京湾区是全球一流的产业湾区,是日本对外投资的总调度中心;粤港澳大湾区集全球贸易中心、全球航运中心、全球金融中心和亚太地区新兴的科技创新中心于一体,是快速成长中的综合湾区。
