新农村建设村镇景观规划及配套设施合理性的研究

A Study on the Rationality of Landscape Planning andSupporting Facilities in the New Rural Construction

随着城镇化、工业化的进程逐渐加快,我国的现代建设正逐步向资源节约、环境友好型转变,而农村环境的建设是其中的关键一环。在建设社会主义新农村中,进行合理的景观规划和完整的配套设施可以达到美化农村环境,提高农村的资源利用率,促进新农村的快速建立。因此本文将通过研究村镇景观规划及配套设施的合理性,分析现有的景观规划模式,并提出景观规划与配套设施的构思,最后提出将新农村建设与乡村旅游进行有机结合,达到村镇景观生态保护的可持续性发展。

With the gradual acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,China s modern construction is gradually developing to the direction of resource conservation and environmental friendliness,and the construction of rural environment is one of the key links.Because of the gradual migration of the rural population to the city,a large number of left-behind children and the elderly stay in the countryside,the ecology of the countryside is abandoned,the humanities are neglected,the supporting facilities are incomplete,and many other difficulties have caused that theyoungand middle-aged rural people are more yearning for the big city,forming a vicious circle and seriously destroying the natural and cultural resources of the countryside.In the construction of new socialist countryside,reasonable landscape planning and complete supporting facilities can beautify the rural environment,improve the utilization rate of rural resources,and promote the rapid establishment of new countryside.Therefore,this paper will analyzethe existing landscape planning model by studying the rationality of the village and town landscape planning and supporting facilities,propose the concept of landscape planning and supporting facilities,and finally put forward the organic combination of new rural construction and rural tourism to achieve the sustainable development of village and town landscape ecological protection.
