新时代提升高校青年志愿服务组织效能路径探究

A Study on the Paths to Improve the Efficiency of Youth Volunteer Service Organizations in the New Era

十九届四中全会指出,要推进志愿服务制度化。志愿服务不仅创新社会治理方式,更提高社会文明程度。高校志愿服务组织作为青年志愿服务工作的关键抓手,整体蓬勃发展,但仍存在志愿骨干活动策划力不足和志愿者专业技能缺乏等降低组织效能的问题。研究表明,加强领导重视、规范志愿服务流程、激活志愿者热情、开展多层次培训、主动联合社会力量开展公益活动、创新志愿服务管理方式等举措可以有效提升高校青年志愿服务组织效能。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out the need to promote the institutionalization of voluntary services.Volunteering not only innovates the way of social governance,but also improves the degree of social civilization.As a key player in youth volunteer work,college volunteer service organizations have flourished as a whole,but there are still problems such as insufficient planning of volunteer backbone activities and lack of professional skills of volunteers to reduce organizational efficiency.Studies have shown that measures such as strengthening leadership attention,standardizing voluntary service processes,activating volunteer enthusiasm,conducting multilevel training,proactively joining social forces to carry out public welfare activities,and innovating voluntary service management methods can effectively improve the efficiency of youth volunteer organization in colleges and universities.
