基于微信的“观测宝”平台设计与实现

摘要 为了提高气象观测系统运行保障能力,内蒙古大气探测技术保障中心研发设计了"观测宝"平台。文章围绕气象观测设备运行监控与维修保障需求,利用Nutz框架建立了一个基于微信的"观测宝"平台,具有气象观测设备运行状况实时监控、告警信息自动发送、保障信息移动交互、保障视频智能推送等功能,实现了9类气象观测系统运行监控移动化、设备运行异常信息告警自动化和远程技术支持智能化。从内蒙古、广东、河北、云南等4个省(区)的推广应用情况来看,该平台对于提高气象观测系统运行监控时效和提升气象观测装备运行效能发挥了重要作用。 In order to improve meteorological observation facility’s operation supporting ability and observation data quality, Inner Mongolia Atmosphere Sounding Technology Support Center developed and designed the "GuanCeBao" platform. Focusing on the operation monitoring and maintenance support requirements of meteorological observation equipment, established a platform called "GuanCeBao" by using Nutz framework based on WeChat. It has the functions of real-time monitoring, of meteorological observation equipment running status, automatic sending of alarm information, mobile interaction, guarantee information security video intelligent push, and others. Implementation of 9 kinds of meteorological observation system operation, equipment operation exception information alarm monitoring mobile intelligent automation and remote technical support. From the popularization and application of the four provinces(regions) of Inner Mongolia, Guangdong, Hebei and Yunnan, the platform plays an important role in improving the operational monitoring time of meteorological observation system and the operational efficiency of meteorological observation equipment.
