主要分析了汉钢2号高炉使用含钛球团矿护炉的技术操作过程,重点分析了不同Ti O2含量的球团矿对高炉冶炼的影响,炉温与铁水中钛含量对应关系,以及含钛矿护炉所需周期及2号炉护炉成果。

This paper mainly analyzes the technical operation process of using titanium bearing pellets to protect the No.2 blast furnace of Hanzhongsteel,focusing on the influence of pellets with different Ti O2 content on BF smelting,the corresponding relationship between furnace temperature and titanium content in hot metal,as well as the required period of titanium bearing ore for furnace protection and the results of furnace protection for No.2 furnace.
